  • Own the calendar from scheduling, reshuffling, and coordinating like a pro
  • Create polished documents, reports, presentations, and communications
  • Manage inboxes and correspondence with confidence and care
  • Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for internal staff, Elected Members, community members, and stakeholders
  • Support teams with grant processes, data entry, projects, purchase orders, marketing materials, and more
  • Play a key role in Council and Committee reporting from research to drafting to ensuring everything is on track
  • Contribute to meaningful community focused work every single day

Who You Are

You’re someone who brings energy, initiative, and exceptional organisational skills. You love staying one step ahead, you take pride in doing things well, and you genuinely enjoy supporting others to succeed.

You’ll shine in this role if you have:

  • Strong administration/PA experience in a busy environment
  • High work ethic and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, warm approach
  • A knack for prioritising and solving problems before they become problems
  • High attention to detail and a passion for doing things properly
  • The ability to navigate sensitive matters with discretion and maturity
  • A collaborative mindset where you enjoy being part of a positive, committed team
