Business Support and Administration Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated administrative superstar to join our team! 

 

Full Time / 12-Months Fixed Term 

Classification: GO4 ($92,291 + Superannuation) 

 

About the role 

We have a great opportunity for a motivated and driven administrator to provide high level administrative and project support to the Senior Manager City Operations and other senior team members. The role offers diversity to carry out a variety of work while contributing positively to the Playford community. 
 

Here's what else will be on your agenda: 

  • Managing and drafting correspondence on behalf of the Senior Manager
  • Managing and prioritising tasks to facilitate smooth operation and workflows for the Senior Manager
  • Managing the inbox and coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and managing records
  • Assisting internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Preparing presentations and undertaking high level project work
  • Working in close collaboration with the wider team to ensure that requests, enquiries, and tasks are actioned in a timely manner

About You 

You are someone with a love for supporting others to work effectively and efficiently in their roles, through the provision of high-level administrative support, always being ahead of the game. You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet conflicting deadlines. 

 

While qualifications in Business or Administration are desirable, applicants with a minimum of three (3) years demonstrated equivalent (transferable) experience in a similar role are also encouraged to apply.
