About the Role We are seeking a capable and customer‑focused Human Resources Officer to provide high‑quality, contemporary HR operational and administrative services across the employee lifecycle. Working as part of the HR Services team, this role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate HR systems, compliant employment practices and a positive employee experience. You will provide end‑to‑end HR administration support including recruitment and onboarding, employment changes, pre‑employment checks, contract preparation, HR records management and payroll liaison. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, values data integrity and compliance, and is motivated by delivering professional, timely and people‑centred HR services that support organisational capability and workforce sustainability. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: - Demonstrated experience providing operational and administrative HR support across a range of human resource functions
- Strong knowledge and practical experience using HR systems, processes and data management
- High attention to detail with well‑developed written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer‑service mindset
- The ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
