About the Role: Human Resources Partner As a HR Partner you will be a true HR generalist and a trusted partner to leaders and their teams. The advice and support you provide will enable business units to effectively recruit the right people for the right positions and confidently engage in performance development and employee relations. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that offers the opportunity to work alongside leaders to coach, advise and inspire them to create positive workplace experiences for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that HR practices align with legislation, policy and best practice. What you'll bring - Previous success in generalist HR roles supporting leaders to achieve their workforce goals through activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and talent development.
- Strong working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and legislative frameworks, including awards and enterprise agreements.
