About the role As the Business Support Officer, you will offer a high level of administrative and project support to the Senior Manager - Development Services and Senior Manager - Regulatory and Community Safety. Responsibilities include: - Managing correspondence, prioritisation of meetings and tasks to facilitate smooth operations of the Senior Managers.
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and managing records.
- Assisting internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, mail and other communication platforms.
- Preparing presentations and undertaking project work.
- Working in close collaboration with the wider team to ensure that requests, enquiries, and tasks are actioned in a timely manner.
