We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Buildings to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of community, sporting and civic building projects. Working within our Asset Operations team, you will manage projects from concept and design through to procurement, construction and handover.

• Deliver building renewal and upgrade projects across Council’s asset portfolio
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks and timelines
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement in project planning and delivery
• Contribute to projects that create lasting community benefit
