The Opportunities

Depending on your skills and experience, you may be considered for opportunities that involve:

Digital Project Managers

• Leading the planning, delivery and governance of technology and business transformation projects.
• Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and stakeholder engagement.
• Driving successful project outcomes while ensuring alignment to organisational priorities.
• Leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative project environment.
  Supporting change management and the successful adoption of new solutions.
• Championing the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, standards, and delivery practices.

Business Analysts

• Partnering with stakeholders to understand business challenges, opportunities and requirements.
• Facilitating workshops, process mapping and requirements gathering activities.
• Translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Supporting solution design, testing and implementation activities.
• Driving continuous improvement through analysis, insights and innovation.
• Fostering excellence in business analysis through continuous enhancement of tools, techniques, and practices.
   

Who you are

• Experience in project delivery, business analysis, change management or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A collaborative approach that builds trust, accountability and success.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in project management, business analysis, ICT or related fields will be highly regarded.
